Extra Wide Couplings (up to 2100mm dia): connect large diameter concrete pipes of size DN1000 and greater. Allows greater tolerance in the cutting of the ends of pipe.
Drain Couplings (50mm- 275mm dia): used in drainage systems where resistance to earth loads normally provided by a shear ring is not needed.
Chemical Couplings: provide resistance to chemicals if needed. Manufactured to order.
Adaptor Couplings (35-420mm dia): designed for connecting drainage pipes of different materials and outside diameters.
Other Products
Other Flex-Seal products include:
Bushes: moulded and fabricated for use with Standard Couplings. Bushes allow for the adaptation between all pipe materials and types. Can also be used when a reduction or increase in pipe size is needed.
Saddles: the Flexible Saddle range is designed for connecting lateral pipes into main concrete or clay sewers
Wall Seals: used with preformed or cored holes and are suited for pre-cast structures or the post fitting of pipes. Allow for greater angular and lateral misalignment of the pipe.
Universal Gully Seals: designed to fit into sockets of all monolithic concrete road gullies, providing a joint with a range of 150mm normal bore pipe.
Puddle Flange: designed to be clamped around a pipe before it is cast into a wall. They can be used with a any pipe material especially PE and other plastic pipes. Ideal for swimming pools.
FERNCO PLUMBQWIK
Couplings
The Fernco Plumbqwik range of products include a broad range of PVC couplings that can connect, adapt, reduce, plug or cap any of the plumbing pipes used in the marketplace today, regardless of pipe size or material. All products are easy to install and provide a tough and durable seal.
The Fernco and Plumbqwik coupling range includes:
Flexible Coupling: designed for sewer, drain, waste and vent piping, flexible couplings are strong durable and easy to connect and allow any 2 pipes to be connected regardless of size or material
Proflex Coupling: speciality shielded coupling that connects cast iron, plastic, steel, copper and tubular drain waste and vent systems
No Hub Coupling: incorporates a stainless steel shield, clamps and screw housing that enhances strength and sealing force
Shear Rings: add extra strength and rigidity to most coupling sizes. They are easy to attach and help maintain proper alignment in any unstable condition
Strong Back Coupling: a repair coupling ideal for use when there is a need for resistance to heavy earth loads, shear forces and improved alignment
Eccentric Coupling: helps maintain an even, continuous flowline in critical grade conditions
Corrugated Pipe Coupling: designed for corrugated polyethylene drainage tubing, the coupling connects drainage/ irrigation systems tubing to PVC sewer piping quickly and easily
Large Diameter Coupling: for special or non standard size couplings, Large Diameter Couplings are ideal for repair, alterations or rehabilitation of large diameter sewer pipe. Can be applied to all common sewer piping including clay, concrete, cast and ductile iron, asebestos cement, plastic or fibreglass
Plastic Socket Coupling: designed for plastic socket connections and are a time saving way of repairing or altering plastic pipe joints without replacing perfectly good fittings
Drain Pipe Condensate Coupling: ideal for an drain application that uses 3/4” or 1” plastic, PVC, CPVC pr copper drain pipes.
Others
The Fernco and Plumbqwik coupling range includes:
Expansion Joints: a one piece expansion joint that allow for thermal expansion and contraction of drain, waste and vent and inside rain water conductor systems.
L.D. Waterstops: help eliminate leaks around pipe entering manhole walls, yet are flexible enough to permit lateral pipe movement without destroying seal integrity. Ideal for pipes where concrete will not adhere e.g. plastic pipe
Manhole Adaptors: help eliminate leaks around pipe entering manhole walls, yet are flexible enough to permit lateral pipe movement without destroying seal integrity. Ideal for pipes where concrete will not adhere e.g. plastic pipe
Donuts: are flexible donut shaped rings for compression sealing of sewer pipe joints and drain waste and vent connections e.g. sockets, hubs, bells and spigots
O- Rings: provides a quick and simple means of making secure connections between most 4”
Qwik Tees and Ells: designed to connect all common household drain, waste and vent pipes quickly without the need for special tools or fittings
Flexible Tap Saddle: quick and easy way of contractors and municipalities to make sewer main connections.

Introduction
The Fernco Pipe Doctor is a high performance no dig pipe repair solution that provides a quick and easy to use method of repairing damaged drainage and sewerage pipe systems.
The Pipe Doctor is installed internally and eradicates the need for costly, disruptive and time consuming excavation work therefore enabling both vehicle and pedestrian traffic to move freely without realising drainage and sewer work is being carried out underground.
The Fernco Pipe Doctor is supplied in a range of portable kits that contain the necessary equipment required to carry out an efficient pipe repair including:
· 2 part ready to mix resin bag
· 2 packer protection sleeves
· Protective gloves
· Fibreglass mat
· Protective ground sheet
· Spreader
· ie secures (cable ties and wire ties)
The Pipe Doctor system is ideal for specialist contractors who carry out CCTV surveys and repairs as it complements the standard installation equipment required for the pipe repair process.
The Resin
The globally recognised resin is supplied in a double sealed bag and represents a unique concept in the marketplace as it replaces separate ingredient bottles, measuring containers or mixing buckets traditionally used in no dig pipe repair. This will ultimately reduce the amount of waste on site.
The resin consists of two components which are separated by a sealing clip and are mixed by simply removing the clip and kneading the two parts together. The transparent bag shows that the two resins are thoroughly mixed when a uniform colour is achieved.
Excellent migration properties exist between the fibreglass mat allowing total saturation which provides the strength and flexibility to permanently repair any cracks or voids.
Following extensive water leak tests carried out by the WRc and approved by various Water Companies and Local Authorities (including Thames Water, South West Water and Dublin City Council), the performance of the silicate resin successfully achieved the WRc Standard. Independent research has also been performed on the resin which has led to the Fernco Pipe Doctor achieving a projected life span of 50 years.
